Our Process
We’ve streamlined the ADU process to make it as smooth as possible for homeowners:
1️⃣ Consultation & Site Assessment – We evaluate the property to determine feasibility, zoning, and optimal placement.
2️⃣ Design Selection & Customization – Clients choose from our pre-approved designs and can customize finishes to match their style.
3️⃣ Permitting & Approvals – Our team handles the paperwork, leveraging pre-approved plans where applicable.
4️⃣ Fabrication & Site Preparation – The ADU is built off-site while we prepare the foundation, reducing on-site construction time.
5️⃣ Installation & Final Inspection – The unit is delivered, assembled, and connected to utilities, followed by a final inspection.
6️⃣ Move-In Ready – Homeowners can start using their new ADU in as little as 6-9 months, depending on permitting and site conditions.
