Our newest ADU - and largest at 400 SF - speaks to enchantment, family, and memories. Yes, it’s the title of a Disney movie, but nobody owns language or the right to make magic. We crafted this ADU with extended families in mind because our units are being used more and more to house parents, siblings, and young adults. It’s a beautiful thing to watch families come together, with the possibility of proximity while retaining privacy. Encanto was meticulously crafted to enchant and delight at every turn.
