We expanded our newest studio with a bed, bath and kitchen to create a full suite. At 250 sq ft this studio can be used as an in-law suite, an Airbnb rental, or a backyard retreat. We're calling it the Lalit, which carries many meanings that resonate with this design. In French "Lalit" is literally bed, but in Sanskrit it means sweet, elegant, graceful. Lalit is also a serene and devotional classical Hindustan music performed at dawn. Call it whatever you want, but we think this space will support rest and rejuvenation to rise and shine each day. It is built to residential construction standards to serve as a four-season home, using the same innovative materials we prioritize in every design.
