We've all experienced the peace and tranquility of that time just before the sun rises. Our new unit is named Sahar, an Arabic word that means "just before dawn". We draw from this inspiration as we build these customizable Accessory Dwelling Units and create a place to rest, rise and shine each day. At 420 SF or 540 SF, this prefab ADU has a spacious bathroom, 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen and living space. This modular backyard home is ideal as a backyard rental unit or home of your own.
